I started my business to respond to a market that was thirsty for quality pieces that are handmade and have a timeless aesthetic. With the furnishings I make, I try my best to literally Design With Purpose. Above all else, function, and then design must fit into the everyday life of anyone who has my pieces. Good design often melds into the background. Sometimes the “simple” looking designs are the hardest to execute. They require a distillation of form and function to produce something that doesn't just work in theory, but in practice, every time. When it comes to chairs they should be comfortable and promote good posture, tables should be strong and enabling of dining, lighting should be beautiful and effective illuminators.
