Artist's Statement

In many homes, a pantry is not already built-in. I have constructed a larder pantry large enough to hold all of the normal kitchen, non-refrigerator storage items in one place. The larder pantry utilizes every bit of space available inside. The design is a marriage of utility and simplicity with a nod to the Shaker's aesthetic.
